Returns and Refunds

🤗Please Note

My goal is to make sure you’re happy. Kindly examine your order upon receipt and promptly contact me if the item is flawed, harmed, or if you have received an incorrect item. This enables me to assess the matter and make necessary corrections. It’s important to note that all shop items are pre-owned and may exhibit minor signs of wear, markings, or descriptions from previous owners, as stated or shown. In some instances, I might request photographs of damaged items before issuing a refund.

📦Returns

Please contact me within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order to request a return. The returned item must then be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned to me free of additional damage, markings, or alterations not originally present as when you received it, and it should be in its original packaging. It’s important to note that you are responsible for covering the postage expenses of returning the item.

If the wrong item was sent by mistake, I will cover the return shipping cost. My preferred method is Pudo Kiosk/Locker to Locker. If this is not possible, PostNet2PostNet is the alternative option. In these cases, you will need to provide me with the details of your nearest Pudo Kiosk/Locker branch so I may book a locker or in the case of PostNet I will refund the cost once proof of postage has been received.

Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.

💰Refunds

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and always within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned item and approving your return request. Refunds are issued via bank account EFT transfer or, if you prefer to purchase something else from the shop, as a store voucher.

🔁Replacement & Exchanges

Due to the secondhand nature of shop items, exchanges or replacements are not possible, as most products are only stocked once. If you would like to choose a different item instead of receiving a refund, I’ll be happy to issue your refund as a store voucher. You can then use this voucher towards purchasing another treasure from the shop.

📚Special Request Books

Special request books are sourced specifically for you. These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has cleared and the sourcing process has started.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (marked down or clearance stock)
  • Digital products

This is simply because these items can’t be restocked once purchased. I appreciate your understanding on these special cases.
